The necessity of knowledge at different levels is highlighted, with 68% considering it necessary at the Management Level, 65% at the Strategic Level, 58% at the Technical Level, and only 29% at the Operational Level. They also noted the importance of incorporating New Fuels like LNG or Nuclear Energy, and Automation combined with Energy Efficiency. Training methodologies should include modern tools such as Virtual Reality, Digital Models, Augmented Reality, And Simulators.Respondents identified key job roles likely to be in demand by 2030, particularly in technical areas related to Decarbonization, Alternative Fuels, Environmental Protection, And Automation/Digitalization to support the Green Transition. Management roles related to sustainability will also be crucial.
