BLUE PORTS | D2.5 Identification of present and future skills needs 24> Climate Change: According to the country-specific analysis, the situation is similar in all countries and similar to the aggregate data: the current level of knowledge in these topics is mostly %u201cBasic%u201d, in Spain is higher than in the other countries, while in Greece no one has %u201cAdvanced Knowledge%u201d in these topics.> Energy Transition The majority of respondents have %u201cBasic Knowledge%u201d in all areas, except Renewable Energy in Greece, where the level is %u201cGood%u201d. In this case, the level of knowledge in Spain and Greece is similar in all four topics, while in Georgia it is slightly lower in all of them.> Alternative Fuels In this area, although the overall situation is similar across countries, the level of knowledge in the four sub-areas is higher for Spain and lower for Greece. Georgia is in a midterm situation according to the respondents.> Circular Economy According to the analysis, the situation is similar across all countries and similar to the aggregate data for the three sub-areas, except in Spain, where no one had %u201cPoor Knowledge%u201d. The majority of the respondents have %u201cBasic Knowledge%u201d in all sub-areas, except in Georgia where respondents showed a lower level of knowledge (Poor-Knowledge) in this sub-area.> Environmental Protection As in the case of the aggregate data, in the analysis country by country, the majority of respondents have %u201cBasic%u201d and %u201cGood Knowledge%u201d on all sub-areas. For Spain, results are very similar for the four sub-areas, while for Georgia and Greece, the results for each area are slightly different. The ones with highest level of knowledge are Environmental Pollution and Environmental Safety.> Digitalization/Automation for Green Transition As in the case of the aggregate data, the majority of the respondents have %u201cBasic%u201d or %u201cPoor Knowledge%u201d on the two sub-areas. For the three countries the level of knowledge in Energy Management Systems is higher than in Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Energy Optimization.
