DEMOGRAPHIC DATAThe survey yielded a total of 145 responses (43 Spain, 42 Georgia, 41 Greece, and 19 Italy), a commendable outcome. The data exhibits a broad and representative spectrum across various demographics and professional backgrounds.Age: The respondents cover a wide range of ages, with significant representation from those aged 35-44 (33%) and 45-54 (29%), while younger and older demographics each make up 3%, ensuring a diverse range of perspectives.Experience: A robust distribution of work experience is evident, with 59% having over 10 years, 29% with less than 5 years, and 12% with 5-10 years. This range offers valuable insights from both seasoned professionals and newer entrants.Education: A high level of education is reflected, with 85% of respondents holding a university degree or higher, indicating a well-educated participant pool.Gender: The gender distribution shows a predominance of males (64%) compared to females (34%), aligning with the sector%u2019s typical representation but highlighting a gender gap that may need addressing in future initiatives.Job Roles: The survey captures a diverse range of job roles, with a notable presence of Managers (51), Executives (18), Administrators (18), Engineers/Specialists (22), and Technicians (21), along with fewer responses from Advisory Board Members (6), Laborers (6), and Interns (2). This diversity provides a comprehensive view of different professional levels and responsibilities.Sector and Company Size: The majority of respondents work in the private sector (57%), followed by public organizations (32%). They are employed across various company sizes, with 35% in medium-sized companies, 28% in large companies, 27% in small companies, and 10% in micro companies, reflecting a broad range of organizational contexts.Professional Background: The responses span various professional settings, including Maritime and Port Authorities, Container Terminals, Shipping Companies, and more, demonstrating a well-rounded representation from different areas within the port sector.Overall, the survey results offer a comprehensive and diverse perspective across age, experience, education, gender, job roles, and organizational contexts, in port sector for the four countries, making them highly significant for designing targeted and effective sectorspecific training programs.
