VIRTUAL LEARNING PLATFORM REQUIREMENTSThe virtual learning platform to be used for this project will support the provision of the two pilot courses developed during the project implementation.The platform will fulfill the following key requirements:- Supporting a number of simultaneous users between 200 and 250- Platform availability in five languages (English, Georgian, Greek, Spanish and Italian)and possibility to upload courses and the training materials in five languages- Possibility to assign different roles to accounts, based on user types, i.e. trainers, trainees, administrators. Each role shall be associated with a series of permissions. Permissions are used to control access to specific courses and functionalities and to control data viewability. Each user shall have access to the virtual learning platform by means of an email address and a password, creating a user profile with basic information for statistical and evaluation purposes. Users will only have access to one of the two courses. Administrator profiles will give access to users, manage courses (upload courses and materials, set up virtual classes), download performance reports, etc.- Possibility to create and publish any HTML content, including multimedia sources, SCORM files, tests, quiz, questionnaires, etc.- Possibility to publish announcements to trainees and availability of a group chat or forum to facilitate discussion amongst trainees and trainers- Compatibility with the most used video-conferencing tools (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex)- Multiplatform compatibility: The platform shall be accessible on Windows, Linux, and Macintosh operating systems.- Multibrowser support: It shall comply with web standards, ensuring functionality across all major web browsers.- Mobile compatibility: The platform must be fully responsive and optimized for use on mobile devices (smartphones and tablets).- Set duration for post-project operation: The platform will remain operational for a defined period after the project's completion, ensuring continued access to training materials and resources.- Data analytics functionalities accessible to administrator users only, including tools to track learning history and progress, to collect learners%u2019 feedback, dashboards on learning content usage, portal usage, time spent on courses, learners%u2019 performance and satisfaction, with the possibility to download custom reports.- Self-assessment, marking- Trainers-trainees collaboration area
